Refund Policy
1. Overview
All products sold by The 3D Toy Box Shop are made to order. Because each item is custom 3D printed after you place your order, we have a limited return policy. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.
2. When Returns Are Accepted
We only accept returns or offer refunds/replacements in the following situations:
- The item arrived damaged or broken
- The item has a significant manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item
In these cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
3. Timeframe for Reporting Issues
You must contact us within **7 days** of receiving your order to report any damage, defect, or error. After 7 days, we may not be able to accept your return or offer a replacement.
Please include clear photos of the issue when contacting us.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, please email us at the address below with the following information:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
5. Return Process and Options
If your return request is approved, we will offer one of the following options at our discretion:
- A replacement item (we will reprint and reship the product)
- A full or partial refund
- Store credit for future purchases
Please note: We do not provide prepaid return labels for customer-initiated returns. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items made to your specific request or design
- Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery
7. Shipping Costs on Returns
If a return is approved due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
If a return is approved for any other reason, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
