Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to The 3D Toy Box Shop. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or make a purchase.

2. Products

All products sold on this website are custom 3D printed items. Because each item is made individually using a 3D printer, slight variations in color, finish, texture, or size may occur compared to the product photos. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Some products may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years old unless specifically stated. 3D printed items are generally not food-safe or heat-resistant unless clearly marked as such.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through the payment methods available on our website.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We will make every effort to ship your order within the timeframes stated on our website. However, shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because all items are custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item is significantly different from what was described or shown

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All original designs, product names, logos, and content on this website are the property of The 3D Toy Box Shop or its owner. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our designs or branding without written permission.

Some products may be based on designs licensed from third parties. In such cases, the original designer retains all rights to their design.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The 3D Toy Box Shop and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or website.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
